Welcome to Appartamenti Tione. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), which is an informational showcase of our holiday apartments — CAV Chiara and CAV Paolo — located in Tione di Trento (Italy). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes only. It allows visitors to:
- view photos, descriptions, services and rates of our apartments;
- read about Tione di Trento and the surrounding area;
- contact us through a contact form, email or phone;
- reach external booking platforms via links provided on the Site.
The Site does not process bookings, payments or reservation contracts. Any booking is concluded directly between you and the relevant third-party platform (or, where agreed in writing, directly with us by email or phone) under their own terms and policies.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in good faith. You agree not to:

We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or terms. Bookings and Stays
Information shown on the Site (availability, rates, services) is provided in good faith and may be updated at any time. The binding terms of any stay are those communicated through the booking channel used (the third-party platform or our direct written confirmation), including any applicable tourist tax, cancellation policy, check-in/check-out times and house rules.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the overall design — are owned by Appartamenti Tione or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial use) requires our prior written consent.
User Submissions
By submitting a message through the contact form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Personal data submitted is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Reviews and Photographs
Photographs of the apartments and surroundings are illustrative. Minor variations in furniture, finishes and views may occur. Reviews mentioned on the Site, where displayed, may originate from third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Airbnb, Booking.com) and remain subject to their terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appartamenti Tione disclaims any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of the Site.
Appartamenti Tione shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:
- the use of, or inability to use, the Site;
- errors, interruptions or technical issues;
- the conduct, content or services of third-party platforms linked from the Site;
- any reliance placed on information shown on the Site that is later updated or modified.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Italian law (including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and any mandatory consumer rights).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or connected to the Site, the court of the place where Appartamenti Tione has its registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where Italian mandatory rules (including consumer protection rules) provide otherwise.
